IT'S HERE! AND IT'S GOING TO BE A CLASSIC!
World Series 2014 is upon us. First game is next Tuesday, October 21 in Kansas City.
After last night's incredible 3-run walkoff homer by Travis Ishikawa, the San Francisco Giants look like, if not the team to beat, at least the team that will provide some excitement.
I have to admit to a little bit of KC favortism, just because of Raul Ibanez. The guy is 42 years young and still playing like a kid. On the other hand, San Francisco has a whole roster of freaks worthy of the Halloween timeline.
Bookmark us and check back, we'll have links to pennant wear and World Series tees as they become available on the web.

American Horror Story Freak Show
Watched the first episode of American Horror Story, Freak Show, last night, and I must say it was everything I hoped it would be. Multi-layered, brilliantly acted, with a mise-en-scène to rival some of the great theater and film from the 1930s and 40s. They've even taken the tired old conceit of the scary clown and turned it into something truly terrifying, with Twisty the Clown (John Carroll Lynch) running around wreaking havoc and murder on innocents everywhere.
Madam Clementine Delait, Bearded Lady
Back in the day, many of these circus performers would have three choices in life: hide away from the public, allow themselves to be institutionalized, or go work for the circus as "freaks". It will be interesting to see how this season unfolds. I suspect by the end we'll see them not as freaks, not as anomalies, but as flawed, diverse and complex human beings, just like everyone else.
Conjoined Twins Vintage Card
I will be enjoying this season of American Horror Story as a kind of historical artifact and maybe even a bit of a cautionary tale about how to treat those we perceive as "different". And in the meantime,I'll enjoy the hell out of the awesome story, acting and artistry.

10 Adorable Baby Halloween Costumes for 2014
It's that time of year again! The leaves are turning, the air is getting crisp and there's a smell of woodfire in the air. It must be getting on towards the month of October.
Have you noticed that for the last several years, people start wearing Halloween apparel as early as October 1? It's no longer just a day, no longer just the last day of October, no longer just an evening of trick or treating. Halloween has become big business, and big fun, all month long. To that end, there's no better time than right now to start thinking about costumes and Halloween inspired t-shrits to get you through the month.
We'll start with some of the newest - and most adorable - baby costumes. Most of these are super easy onesies and t-shirts. You can add a tutu or a little prop, or let the costume make its own statement. And don't forget to take pictures -- lots of pictures -- to bribe the kids when they get a little older!

It's that time of year again. Football players don the pink sweatbands. The White House gets bathed in pink light. And it's time for all of us to remember loved ones lost, lives changed, and the fact that there is still a lot to be done in the fight against breast cancer.
For 2014, Cafepress has once again teamed up with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to advance research and find a cure once and for all. To do our part, we are showing some of the newest breast cancer awareness t-shirts that Cafepress has to offer. Pick up one - or a dozen - and help in the fight, help in the cure.

Everyone Loves Curious Prince George!
Little Prince George is taking Australia by storm!
The adorable 8 month old Prince has accompanied his proud parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (also known as Will and Kate) on a trip Down Under, and every time he makes an appearance, pictures are sent out to the rest of the world. Pictures that attest to what a cutie he is! He seems squirmy, curious, bouncy and happy. What a joy to see the cute pictures of him, a bit of sunshine and good news in an increasingly depressing world.
Just in case your little princess gets to meet Prince George, here are some adorable tshirts she could wear to catch his eye and maybe become a future Queen of England!

It's Graduation Time
Graduation is coming, and the celebrations are bigger and better than ever! One fun thing to do is to wear a message tee beneath your cap and gown. Whether you're a high-achieving valedictorian, or a low - achieving "Gentleman's C" type, you can still have a sense of humor about the whole ceremony of graduating. Here are some funny graduation tees that work for high school, college, even kindergaerten graduates.
