I Wuz Whacked Sopranos T-shirt

Well, didja love it? Didja hate it? Did you feel whacked?

Many many years ago there was a movie called Queen Christina, starring Greta Garbo. At the very end of the movie, there was a long closeup of Garbo's face, looking out into the distance. We the audience project onto her face whatever ending we want, whatever thoughts we want to have, whatever future we see for her. Ditto for Truffaut's brilliant 400 Blows. I think the ending of the Sopranos was something like that...we the viewer, with all we know about this family, really must impose our own ending onto it. I thought it was a great way to finish out this brilliant show.

So here's a I Wuz Whacked t-shirt for all you out there who maybe didn't love the ending.

Paris Hilton's Prison Inmate Number T-shirt

We've seen a lot of "Free Paris" and "Jail Paris" and "Pardon Paris" t-shirts, all referring to the incarceration of celebutante Paris Hilton, currently serving time in a correctional facility in Los Angeles. She is housed in a special location within the jail facility "reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates".

So here comes a t-shirt that sports Paris Hilton's actual jail inmate number, 9818783.
It's available in an array of colors (including black with County Jail orange letters), has a great stencilled COUNTY JAIL on it, and retails for anywhere from $12.99 for the "Value Tee" to $25.99 for the black. And of course you can get it on the ubiquitous CafePress thong for $14.99. Buy a bunch and use the coupon on the site to get $5 off (that's for orders of $40 or more). We love it!!

Free Paris Hilton T-shirts

Apparently Paris Hilton went to jail last night after her MTV appearance. No, it wasn't an "ugly shoes" violation (personally I think she looked kinda like June Cleaver in that outfit), it was to serve her "I'm not special" 23-day prison sentence. We wish her well. Really.

As FREE PARIS t-shirts go, we like this one:

There is certainly not a dearth of Free Paris, Jail Paris, Free the Bitch, Jail the Heiress, and other Paris Hilton inspired tees on the net. If you find one that's particularly clever or funny, please let me know!
