Gay Marriage is Legal Again In California- Ellen deGeneres getting married

Happy days are here for gays in California. On May 15th the California Supreme Court ruled by a four to three vote, that it was unconstitutional to consign gay couples to a terminological second class, when duly passed laws agreed that they had the same concrete rights. It's unknown how long this ruling will remain law, as there are already groups protesting it. But for the moment, gays like Ellen DeGeneres are happily getting engaged. We think it's great!
